Poor Sleep

Help fall asleep and stay asleep so you get the rest you need.

“Before starting care at Whole Family Chiropractic I had problems with my lower back. My lower back problems had been going on since high school from dancing and hyperextending my back. It got to a point where I had to start wearing a back brace because if I were on my feet for too long I would get really bad stomach pains that were related to my lower back issues. I didn’t think there was anything that could be done to help and I thought that I would have to do PT exercises for abdominal strength and wear my back brace for the rest of my life.

I also suffer from allergies, asthma and difficulty sleeping and I also thought I would have to live with these the rest of my life. However after coming to Whole Family Chiropractic I realized that these could potentially be addressed with my long-standing lower back problems.

The first thing I noticed was the change in my sleep. I was now able to sleep through the entire night. Before I was a very light sleeper and I would wake up from any sound but now I stay in a deep sleep through the night. It was weird because I didn’t realize this could be affected with adjustments.

I sleep better now, my body seems to work better, and I now feel like I have more energy. There are still some deeper things going on that we are still trying to work through, but things are moving in the right direction.

I really appreciate the more holistic view at Whole Family Chiropractic where it is more of a whole lifestyle change that it focused on. The doctors at Whole Family Chiropractic really get to the root cause of what is going on with your body and the whole staff team is very caring!”
