Anxiety, Stress & Nervousness

Help your brain feel calmer and more peaceful.

“I came to Whole Family Chiropractic seeking help for my child. One child led to the other, and eventually I tried things myself after seeing their interesting and positive results. With twice weekly care, my changes were noticeable and fairly immediate. The volume on my stress and anxiety got turned waaaaay down. I was amazed. And I was much better able to deal with all the crazy that life can throw.

Over time, as I dropped down to once weekly care, I could sense my body adjusting to the new schedule (as much as I’d like to get twice weekly adjustments indefinitely, it just isn’t in the cards financially right now). Still, I take stock of the last many months and can see the outward manifestation of my (and my children’s) internal changes.

My marriage is happier. My children are happier. I find myself increasingly joyful and silly. I’m more patient and regulated. My home is more organized and peaceful. My mind is more focused and calm, so I’m able to stay on task and on track, accomplishing my lists and short term goals – all without feeling my normal sense of overwhelm. Things aren’t perfect but the upward trend is there. I can’t overstate how good this feels for me.

As my relationships and outer environment come to more closely resemble what I have in the past desperately wanted and striven for (but was frustratingly unable to attain), I feel forward momentum and growing confidence. I’m so excited to see what lies ahead on this journey. Thank you Dr. Tye and Dr. Chelsey for the incredible care you have provided (and will continue to provide) my family. I am so grateful.”
